This issue focuses on data collection and disaggregation conducted as a pilot project in Nueva Vizcaya Province, Philippines. Its objective is to “develop a methodology of ethnicity data aggregation” with the view of replicating this in other indigenous communities.It hopes that this will be the first step in identifying “indicators of well being and perspective of development” of indigenous peoples.
